Reset is a simple effective way to reduce carbohydrate cravings and shed weight. Meals are replaced by nutrient rich low glycemic shakes and health bars.

l) RESET bootcamp- ( 5 days)
Breakfast - Nutrimeal shake
Snack- USANA health bar
Lunch - Nutrimeal shake
Snack- USANA health bar
Dinner- Nutrimeal shake

Also eat one serving of fruits and one serving of vegetables. Drink 64-80 ounces of water and take your HealthPak 100 supplements included in the kit. Strenuous exercise is discouraged but walk briskly for up to 30 minutes.

ll) Transform Phase-
Replace 2 meals with low glycemic Nutrimeal shakes and a USANA health bar. Eat a low glycemic snack and
dinner. Take your Essentials supplements or HealthPak 100 and start a moderate exercise program.

lll) Maintain Phase-
Replace one meal with a low glycemic Nutrimeal shake and a snack with a USANA health bar. All other foods
should be low glycemic with plenty of fruits and vegetables. Continue exercising and take the Essentials or
HealthPak 100.

I would also recommend adding either 2 tablespoons of freshly ground flaxseed or BiOmega to your diet. Omega 3 essential fatty acids help regulate hormones and are helpful in weight loss.
